Aluminum Hemisphere and Sphere

Aluminum hemispheres and spheres are considered among the most efficient deoxidizing materials in the steel production process. These products react quickly and effectively with dissolved oxygen in the melt, helping reduce impurities and playing a significant role in improving the final quality of the steel. Their engineered design and hemispherical or spherical shape increase the contact surface with the molten metal, which enhances their reaction speed and effectiveness compared to other forms of aluminum. This feature makes aluminum hemispheres and spheres an ideal choice for use in electric arc and induction furnaces, especially in industries seeking to produce high-quality, low-defect steel.

In the steel melting process, the presence of excess oxygen can lead to the formation of unwanted compounds such as iron, silicon, and manganese oxides, which negatively affect the mechanical properties, structure, and durability of the steel. Adding aluminum as a deoxidizer reacts with dissolved oxygen and removes this unwanted element from the melt by forming aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃). The result of this process is the production of purer, stronger steel with higher technical performance, used in sensitive industries such as automotive, construction, tool manufacturing, and energy.

This product is made from high-purity aluminum and has extensive applications in the steel industry, including in critical deoxidation stages during melting and production of alloy and stainless steels, precision casting processes, as well as the manufacturing of low-carbon and high-quality steels.

From an economic perspective, the use of aluminum hemispheres and spheres also offers significant advantages. This product reduces waste caused by impurities, extends the lifespan of equipment and furnaces, and improves melting process efficiency, thereby decreasing production line downtime. Ultimately, ensuring high quality of the final product not only leads to domestic customer satisfaction but also enhances competitiveness in export markets.

All production processes are designed to be automated and controlled by intelligent systems, which not only increase efficiency and reduce waste but also improve the consistency of the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the billets. The use of 12 cylindrical furnaces, each with a melting capacity of 35 tons per day, and a molten material homogenization system are among the advanced technical measures implemented in this facility.

Aria Cable Fadak Company, utilizing a fully equipped and advanced laboratory, subjects all its products, including alloy aluminum ingots, to the most precise quality control tests. Devices such as spectrophotometers, quantometers, XRS, tensile testers, electrical resistance meters, and optical microscopes enable comprehensive analysis of the chemical and physical properties of the products.

This facility has obtained reputable international certifications including IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 10002:2018, and IMS, demonstrating our commitment to quality, safety, environment, and customer satisfaction.

Aluminum Chips and Aluminum Cone

This company also produces deoxidizing aluminum products in conical shapes and aluminum chips. This product variety is designed to meet the diverse needs of the steel industry, allowing consumers to choose the appropriate option based on furnace type, process conditions, and technical priorities. All these shapes are made from high-purity aluminum and share similar technical features, including high reactivity, suitable melting speed, and effective performance in deoxidation.
